02ararat   Ararat (#5737)

This expanded version of the Tisbury 2000 has been flipped from left to right. Both the master bathroom and kitchen are larger, and there is an additional conventionally built sewing room with laundry facilities. The zero-clearance fireplace saves both money and space, and there is a full loft upstairs instead of an open entry. Clapboards on the exterior have a more finished look than the Tisbury's board and batten siding.

The eastern white pine framing has a complete second floor, so there is a lot of usable space for a compact footprint.
